Covid Safety Changes

If you feel unwell please do not come to Haverhill Arts Centre.

Please remain as socially distanced as possible.

Please sanitise your hands frequently.

BOOKING ONLINE

Book tickets or gift vouchers for our shows via this website. Find the event you wish to see, click the book button and you will be guided through the next steps. Our system works best when you create an account but you can create a guest account if you prefer.

For shows with reserved seating you can select where you would like to sit. For shows with unreserved seating – cabaret style shows for example or standing gigs – you will not be given this option.

If you have any questions please call 01440 714140.

If you are out and about in Haverhill we would love to see you; drop in and one of our friendly box office staff can handle your booking for you. Or, if you prefer, give us a call on 01440 714140.

Our regular hours are:

• Monday – Saturday: 10.00am – 2.30pm
• Evenings when there is a show: 6.30pm – 8.00pm
• Sunday: one hour prior to a performance

Please note that these times are occasionally subject to change.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We take cash and accept most credit and debit cards (not American Express).

CONCESSIONS

Some shows have a concessionary ticket price. We are happy to offer these special prices to under 16s, full-time students, those who receive disability related allowances, Jobseekers Allowance and senior citizens.

RESERVATIONS AND REFUNDS

Sorry but we cannot reserve tickets. We also cannot offer refunds unless an event is sold out and the tickets can be sold on to another customer.

At the Arts Centre we are actively monitoring and following advice from Government and Public Health England about the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Based on the latest advice, we’re staying open and performances are going ahead as scheduled. If there are any future changes to our opening, we will update the website and notify ticket-holders. If there are any changes to a performance or event we are hosting, we will be in touch with you directly by email (or phone if we don’t hold an email address) as soon as possible.

We’re asking all visitors or workers in the building to stay aware of the latest advice from Government on Coronavirus and to follow that advice to minimise the risk of the virus spreading.

What measures are being taken to reduce the risk of the virus spreading?

We have put in place additional cleaning measures, boosted supplies of hand soap and sanitizer and provided the latest information to our staff and company on how to detect symptoms and prevent the virus being passed on.

We’ll follow Government guidance and take any further steps necessary as the situation changes.

Are you offering refunds if I feel unwell or am unable to travel?
Tickets are not refundable, unless a performance is cancelled or postponed.

What happens if I feel unwell when attending an event?
If you feel unwell with Coronavirus symptoms (see the NHS website for information), you should leave the venue, and follow the current government advice.

GROUP BOOKINGS

If you have a large group we may be able to offer you discount. Get in touch with us and we will see what we can do. Please note this is not available on all events.

FAMILY TICKETS

Many children’s shows, including the panto, have a special discount for families. We describe a family group as 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children. If you are booking online please add 4 standard tickets to your basket, at the next stage change 2 of them to under 12s. Do this however your group is made up.

BOOKING FEE

The ticket price for most events includes a £1.00 booking fee. This fee is ring-fenced to specifically help offset HAC’s administrative and running costs.
