Cinema screenings you won’t want to miss this March

From global blockbusters to edge-of-your-seat dramas, there are plenty of films to get excited about at Haverhill Arts Centre this March. Whether you want to divulge in a Royal Opera House performance, or a family-friendly screening, there is something for all ages and tastes.

Priscilla

When teenage Priscilla Beaulieu meets Elvis Presley at a party, the man who is already a meteoric rock-and-roll superstar becomes someone entirely unexpected in private moments: a thrilling crush, an ally in loneliness, a vulnerable best friend. All Of Us Strangers

One night in his near-empty tower block in contemporary London, Adam (Andrew Scott) has a chance encounter with a mysterious neighbour Harry (Paul Mescal), which punctures the rhythm of his everyday life. NT Live: The Motive and the Clue

Sam Mendes (THE LEHMAN TRILOGY) directs Mark Gatiss as John Gielgud and Johnny Flynn as Richard Burton in this fierce and funny new play.

1964: Richard Burton, newly married to Elizabeth Taylor, is to play the title role in an experimental new Broadway production of HAMLET under John Gielgud’s exacting direction. But as rehearsals progress, two ages of theatre collide and the collaboration between actor and director soon threatens to unravel.
