Flavia is one of the UK’s favourite dancers, being a firm favourite from Strictly Come Dancing to wowing audiences across the UK with her sell out Vincent & Flavia theatre shows. Having competed and performed for many years at the highest level, she is now happy to share her knowledge and experience with you with her special Dance With Flavia workshops
About the lesson
This workshop is aimed at those who have not danced ballroom or Latin before or those who have done very little in these styles. We will focus on learning the basic steps in one Ballroom and one Latin dance plus a little technique in both.
1 hr workshop with short breaks, please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear avoid sandals and chunky trainers. A small Cuban heel for the ladies is fine.
